Outlook 20 will allow you to use Conditional Formatting in your inbox so unread messages will appear with whatever color and font style you likeyou don’t have to stick to blue. Click Conditional Formatting.To use the copy and paste method with Calendar, Contacts, or Tasks, you will need to use a List view.In Outlook 2007, go to the email account which you want to view the unread messages, and then click Search Folders, there is an Unread Mail item folder, click it, and all of only unread emails in this account will be displayed in the mail list.Tip: You can set the badge countthe count of unread mailto include only the messages in the Focused list.
